|link| Some people are night owls, some people are morning larks, and most people fall somewhere inbetween. Unfortunately it is us night owls who suffer the most in the “real world” that starts at ~8AM and ends when we’d like to just be waking up. This article discusses strategies for combatting this and covers some of the research.
