|link| I’m actually kind of curious how this movie will turn out. Two of you will even know the reason why (NHK and Jon E.). The movie is about a kid who gets sent to a high school for super heroes. The problem is he doesn’t have any powers of his own despite being the son of two of the most powerful super heroes alive. It has Bruce Campbell in it; I’ll forgive them however bad it might be…

More Star Wars Prequels
|link| According to this article George Lucas is already thinking about more prequels to the Star Wars franchise. This one will, if produced, take place some 80 years before Darth Vader was born. Why is it that writers are fascinated by prequels? Generally they suck because you already know the ending, if not how they get there. The upshot is that Yoda will be the mail character so we’d get to see him fight alot. Also, Lucas wouldn’t direct; that’ll be an improvement.

Sly to Direct Poe
|link| According to this article Sylvester Stallone is going to write and direct a movie about Edgar Allen Poe. “Considered the granddaddy of the Gothic horror tale, Poe’s life is rich with its own eerie details. He suffered from madness, depression and drugs, and was mysteriously found dead in a gutter in 1849.” I don’t know why Stallone chose to do this, but if he pulls it off I’ll not only be impressed, but very happy.
