Troma Films, the brilliantly bad people behind classics like the Toxic Avenger, have created a new film called Poultrygeist. Awesome! For a sneak preview check out this music video (gotta click on the link at that page). Has a few NSFW scenes including blood and a few boobies, but mostly blood. Somehow I don’t think the ZADL approved this film.
I wonder if the crew that worked on this film wore these -shirts?
I found this awesome puzzle creator at Samantha Burns site. Can you find the devious character in this one? Read the rest of this entry »
At least if you like Brad Pitt. Aris Kontos seems to not realize how much he could really exploit this accident of genetics he has. Celebrity imitators make tons of money apparently! Maybe I should go out and start doing John Lennon imitations since I get compared to him so often. I sure could use the cash…
In another coup for Zombie Anti-Defamation, the BBC reports that more and more people are taking their phones to the Grave. Obviously scores of Newly Dead are just raring to go after their Deathstyle Crisis, and don’t want to waste any time digging their way out unassisted. Just call a buddy, and you’ll be getting on with the rest of your Death in no time.
Not much else to say about this one.
It’s been a while since we’ve had one of these quizes, and when I saw this over at Exgaucho I couldn’t resist. Take your five factor personality test and post the results in the comments!
I’ve gotten to the point where I hate posting things from bOING bOING because they seem to take credit for finding all this cool stuff yet other people are sending it in to them. Not much of a challenge in my opinion, though it certainly makes their lives easier.
But I saw a link there about a French guy who has created a whole city in his head. Being interested in worldbuilding myself I went to check it out. Freaking impressive. The place is called Urville. Well worth the visit.
We might have evidence of underage zombies attacking an innocent boy who defends himself as well as he can. You can see in this (not) exclusive footage (actually an animation) the evidence and judge for yourself. Thanks to The Defiant One for bringing this to our attention.
The New York Times has published an article about our favorite Post Vital minority’s rise from the grave of obscurity.
“We’re really seeing the day of the zombie,” said Don D’Auria, the executive editor of Leisure Books, a publisher of horror titles. “Until three years ago they were really unseen. Then they just seemed to pop up everywhere.”
Of course there is still Work To Be Done!
