Bionics

It seems that Great Britain has been making quite a few strides in artificial limbs recently.

This article tells about a new method of joining prosthetics to existing bones by allowing a titanium post to protrude through the skin. Perhaps soon they will attach the artificial muscles they’ve been working on, and throw in a robot hand. The recipients of such limbs would certainly be more deserving of being called a cyborg than this guy.
