So, you think you’re hip?

Well, the fact that I used “hip” probably mans I’m so un-hip that I have trouble seeing over my own pelvis, but that aside, how well do you know current teen slang?

I got four, by luck really. Only actually knew one. Bummer, dude.

The problem though, it’s a BBC quiz. I don’t understand what British adults are saying half the time, how the hell would I be able to understand British kids? … I too pulled out the lucky 4.

4/10 as well. I swear, Brit hipster slang has always seemed to me as though it were minted at some Bletchley Park-like place. Even when I lived there. Effing indecipherable.

I got 5 . . . it’s definitely British slang — I’ve never heard any of these, except for the one from the American movie, and even that one rarely. Of course, I’m not what you’d call a “hip” teen.
