Hmmmm… Something like a Chief Commander? Some kind of Commander in Chief? How odd that there is no provision for some kind of person to oversee the military in the Constitution. How strange that the job appears to be open.

Ha ha ha. Very true. Though I would think they were looking more for someone that fits the role of Chairman of the JCS … but for that person to be affective, the person who is in charge of the military (the person referred to the in Constitution) has to actually LISTEN.
