Cool Retro Tech

With Rotodynes being made in the 50’s, it makes you wonder why we’ve wasted so much time and money on the Albatross Osprey.

Pool Boy for the People

From SFGate comes an interview with the Bush’s pool boy.

“If every American had to pool-boy for these people for a day, you’d have a revolution on your hands… I look at the biggest middle finger in the world all day.”

Zombies and… Strippers

Sadistic, Ignorant Pigs Use Taser On Florida Student

This just made me ill, really. Six cops couldn’t subdue one stroppy but unarmed - and essentially harmless - college student without a taser? Come on, the grossly overweight female piglet could have just sat on his back or something and probably caused him less discomfort. Whether or not you think the guy (Andrew Meyer) should have been arrested - I personally do not - this is just shameful.

Spunk Lit LEDs

What’s in your jeans? Genes! And they light up, too! In the never ending push to make industry green, Professor Andrew Steckl of the University of Cincinnati has figured out that DNA is a great electron trap for LEDs. And where can you get large quantities of jizz for industry? Salmon farms of course.

Now, I’ll leave it to you, dear reader, to make the inevitable connection between this discovery, and these.
